There is no humanitarian crisis in the Gaza strip.

Just something quick. Via Craig Murray, the incredibly arbitrary list of what has and what hasn't been allowed through the Israeli/Egyptian blockade of Gaza in the last month, based on the partial information Gisha has been able to compile (PDF):

This is of course the same territory which the Israelis claim isn't suffering from a humanitarian catastrophe. If it isn't, it's thanks to the tunnels if not run by then certainly controlled by Hamas, forcing the population into the group's hands, just the sort of tactic guaranteed to make them reject the militants and which is illustrative of so much Israeli policy.
